Minute 201111-01: The Finance and Budget Committee will be responsible for developing the annual budget for Friends General Conference (FGC), Friends World Committee on Consultation (FWCC), Friends for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender. and Queer Concerns (FLGBTQC), Friends Journal, Pendle Hill, and Western Friend. This responsibility is transferred from the Peace and Justice Committee since they prefer to focus on organizations whose work is directed outside Quakers, and the goal of this list of organizations is to serve Quakers.
